The parade formation begins at "M" and 15th Street.  Line up areas are from 15th to 12th Street on "M", on 15th from "M" to "O" Streets, and on "N" from 15th to 16th Street.

For the equestrian units, formation is on 15th Street between "M" Street and "N" Street.
